120 gr. cottage cheese or low-fat cottage cheese or cottage cheese
5 crackers (craqottes)
Dinner
Three sausages in a tin
120 gr. brocolli
60 gr. roots
One half banana
60 gr. vanilla ice cream

Day 3
Breakfast
5 crackers (craqottes)
100 gr. Cheddar
1 small apple
Lunch
1 hard-boiled egg
1 piece of toast
Dinner
60 gr. tuna
120 gr. cooked beets (not canned)
120 gr. cauliflower
One half part not too sweet melon
60 gr. vanilla ice cream
