How to make a weight loss chart

Using a weight loss chart help maintain steady weight loss and allow you to determine where changes need to occur in diet or exercise you. You can have a weight chart using Microsoft Word. By keeping your weight on a weekly or monthly basis, you should be able to achieve weight loss goals, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.Enter your weight in a week you can motivate you to stick to a healthy diet and exercise plan

You will need: 
MS Excel WordMS

. . Open an MS Word document. Click "Insert" and then "Chart." Select "Line Chart."

Remove additional graph rules by pointing and clicking Delete. An MS Excel spreadsheet will open automatically when you create a weight loss chart.

In units of time you want to enter in column A measure on the Excel spreadsheet. Track monthly, weekly or daily weight loss.

Enter weight loss amounts in the spaces next to the column A. For example, if you lose 5 pounds. in January, enters 5 in the cell next January

Save your weight loss chart and spreadsheet for future use.
